Cancelation PolicyCancelation must be 48 hours or more prior to your appointment. If you cancel less than 48 hours you will be charged 75% of all services canceled. If you do not call & do not show up the day of your service(s) you will be charged 100% of all services booked that day.

For over a decade, I’ve been immersed in the world of fascia—studying it, refining it, and watching how profoundly it can change the body through my own journey. My work began long before I opened Fascia Flow: as an LMT, a nurse, and a dietitic tech, I developed a deep understanding of how structure, inflammation, and metabolic health shape the way clients feel in their bodies.When I began using the first FasciaBlaster, it quickly became a passion for helping women move, feel, and live better. After years of hands-on experience, I returned to school and earned my certification through the Fascia Advancement Academy, allowing me to bring a more clinical, precise approach to every session.Today I specialize in restoring flow, alignment, and strength--combining fascia therapy, lymphatic work to help clients reconnect with their bodies in a way that feels natural and supportive.
